Ursuline Academy

The following resources are designed to aid the Ursuline community in finding books for independent reading.

The library catalog allows users to browse the print collection in the library. Destiny Discover is another means of accessing and exploring the library catalog but with a more visual display and additional options for exploring the collection (new, genre, etc.). 

Sora allows users to browse, borrow, and read books from the eBook/eAudiobook collection. Sora can be utilized on your web browser but is best utilized with the Sora app, which can be downloaded via your device's App Store. 

• In Sora, search for our school. You can either enter our zip code (45242) or search for Ursuline Academy in the search bar (make sure you select the Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati, Oh). Our school will appear as part of the Hamilton Clermont Cooperative Shared Digital Collection. Confirm that our school is part of the collection, and then choose Ursuline Academy from the dropdown menu.
• After selecting our school, you’ll need to sign in. Your sign in information will be the same as your individual Microsoft login at school, using the first part of your email (do not include the @ursulineacademy.org) and your personal Microsoft password.
• Once you have logged in, you can find and select books by using the search bar or explore the different shelves and collections on the main page. To borrow a book, click on the book, and then click Borrow. Books you borrow can be managed within your Shelf. Note: Some books are limited to one user at a time, so you may need to put a hold on an individual title to get in line for it when it returns.
